A cool breeze under perfect weather conditions: The sun was shining brightly (not only) over the Innovation Mile 2024<\/strong> (Innovationsmeile 2024<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/a>) at the Technical University of Wildau (Technische Hochschule Wildau<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/a>) on Saturday, June 29. As described by the Dahme-Spreewald Economic Development Agency (Wirtschaftsf\u00f6rderung Dahme-Spreewald<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/a>): \u201cBright sunshine over Wildau \u2013 perfect weather to experience technology and science at our Innovation Mile 2024, try out new things, experiment, and listen to exciting lectures!\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>

Our Sales and Customer Success Manager witnessed firsthand how the CityBreeze<\/i><\/b><\/a> unit was a highly welcomed guest in the approximately 40-degree heat. The air filter and cooler created a pleasant atmosphere, providing a fresh air and cooling zone that invited people to linger and engage in inspiring conversations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally, he demonstrated with climAD<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/a> how sustainable advertising could be effectively communicated to visitors within this comfort zone. Using the CityBreeze and CityTree demonstrators and the moss mat, the Green City Solutions stand embodied the event’s motto from dahme_innovation<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/a>: “Hands-On Science and Technology for All Ages”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The regional network dahme_innovation<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/a> had “once again invited all interested parties to get to know the technology and science region around Sch\u00f6nefeld, Zeuthen, Wildau, and K\u00f6nigs Wusterhausen more closely, to experience science up close, and to try out technology. Over 30 companies and research institutions from the Dahme region presented themselves and their work around the LOK 21 and along the university ring in Wildau in a tent city, taking visitors on an exciting journey of discovery<\/a>“.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Nearly 3,000 visitors followed the call and came to the “tent city along the university ring and around the LOK21”<\/a>, enjoying a behind-the-scenes look at over 30 companies and research institutions from the Dahme-Spreewald district. They had the opportunity to experience firsthand “what is being developed here in the Dahme region \u2013 participation and hands-on activities were explicitly encouraged”<\/a>!<\/p>\n<\/div>
