These moss-based air filters provide \u201ca unique climate experience\u201d<\/a> and create \u201ca noticeably pleasant indoor climate \u2013 a real win for air quality”<\/a>. The breathable biofilters \u201cgenerate the cooling power of a conventional air conditioning unit. At the same time, the integrated screen offers space for digital presentations, seamlessly blending functionality and aesthetics. As DJournal<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/a> reports, the D\u00fcsseldorf heylo<\/em> is a \u201crefurbishment with radiance in a prime location\u201d<\/a> and \u201cimpresses with its glass fa\u00e7ade and sunroof. The building complex on Schwannstra\u00dfe in Golzheim is undergoing extensive renovations, becoming sustainable and assuming a pioneering role in climate protection. PIMCO Prime Real Estate is realizing the project and aiming for DGNB Gold and Smart Score Gold certifications. Completion is scheduled for Q3 2024.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

The heylo stands for \u201cmodern building technology for sustainable use\u201d<\/a>, and further states that \u201cmultifunction sensors efficiently control lighting and air\u201d<\/a>, and \u201cheating and cooling sails ensure optimal temperatures, while the air-water heat pump uses environmental heat for room heating and air conditioning\u201d<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The CityBreeze also contribute to a more pleasant atmosphere \u2013 benefiting from optimal control through sensor and irrigation technology.
