Following our preview of the Real Estate Arena und REAL Future Conference 2025<\/a><\/em><\/strong> in Hanover, we now look back on two eventful days that truly marked a \u201cnext level\u201d for Green City Solutions and the entire industry. Once again, the trade fair established itself as a hotspot for innovation, sustainable urban development, and forward-looking solutions \u2013 and we are proud to have been part of it.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Successful Pitch: next Level at the PropTech Germany Award<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A particular highlight was the pitch by our CEO and co-founder Peter S\u00e4nger as part of the \u201cREAL Pitches by blackprint<\/em><\/strong><\/a>\u201d. With this format, \u201cthe Real Estate Arena became the most important stage for digital innovation in the construction and real estate industry\u201d<\/a>: Out of more than 210 PropTechs, 172 companies presented their solutions live on stage \u2013 an impressive testament to the industry\u2019s innovative spiri<\/a>t. After \u201ctwo overwhelming days full of innovation, networking, and pitch power at the REAL ESTATE ARENA\u201d<\/a>, more than 50 experts selected the finalists based on 11 evaluation criteria<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The distinguished jury selected Green City Solutions as one of three nominees in the \u201cProject Development & Smart City\u201d category for the finals of the<\/strong> PropTech Germany Award 2025<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201eAt the Real Estate Arena, we managed to fight our way into the finals of the Proptech Germany Awards by REAL Pitches & PropTech Germany Award. Congratulations to all finalists :). Many thanks to the jury and the blackprint team \u2013 Sarah Maria Schlesinger, Orla Nolan & Malte Westphal \u2013 for these eventful days! Alongside familiar faces, there were many new people to talk to who showed great interest in our moss solutions..\u201c<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

We congratulate all finalists, our fellow nominees LIVABLE PLACES and rehub\u00ae, and sincerely thank the jury, organizers, and all participants for the inspiring conversations and excellent organization!<\/p>\n

The winners of the eleven categories, as well as the main prize from the \u201c33 top innovation drivers 2025\u201d,<\/a> will be announced on September 11 at the Frankfurt School Real Estate Day<\/em><\/strong><\/a> \u2013 we are looking forward to the finals!<\/p>\n<\/div>

Real Estate Arena 2025: \u201cnext Level\u201d for the Industry<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Not only for Green City Solutions, but also for the Real Estate Arena<\/em><\/strong><\/a> \u2013 \u201cGermany\u2019s real estate trade fair and future conference\u201d<\/a> \u2013 2025 truly reached the \u201cnext level\u201d in line with its motto. From May 14 to 15, the exhibition grounds in Hanover transformed for the fourth time into the center of the German construction and real estate industry. With 406 exhibiting companies and around 7,500 visitors from business, politics, science, and media, a new benchmark was set<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Our Sales Manager Patrick Sch\u00fclke<\/strong> was already looking forward to presenting a multifunctional CityBreeze<\/em><\/strong><\/a> and \u201cto engaging with you about sustainability, ESG, and increasing the value of properties through future-oriented elements\u201d<\/a>. For me, “the focus at Real Estate Arena was on sustainable topics, which were discussed in high-quality conversations with many contacts. The presence of interesting companies with forward-thinking approaches was particularly inspiring\u201c<\/em>, he concluded.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Visitors were also enthusiastic \u2013 and some were already familiar faces: Dr. Cathrin Christoph<\/strong><\/a> from CCAW GmbH<\/a>, who was actively involved in \u201cHamburg\u2019s first CityBreeze\u201d<\/em> <\/strong><\/a>at the Marktplatz Galerie, wrote after the event:<\/p>\n

Outlook: connected Municipalities<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Hartwig von Sa\u00df<\/strong>, Project Manager of the Real Estate Arena at Deutsche Messe, emphasized the importance of networking: \u201eMunicipalities and the real estate industry will need to coordinate much more closely in the future when it comes to creating livable, economically viable spaces. That\u2019s exactly what happened at the Real Estate Arena 2025.\u201c<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

Thus, the event once again demonstrated how transformation in the construction and real estate sector can succeed \u2013 through innovation, sustainability, and strong networks<\/a>. Accordingly, a continuation is already planned: The next industry meeting of the German construction and real estate sector will take place again in Hanover from May 20 to 21, 2026.<\/p>\n
