AirCare – Maintenance & Service

Thanks to numerous optimizations and advancements, we have been able to maintain stable pricing for our service and licenses in recent years.
However, we must now respond to significantly increased costs and will therefore raise our customer prices in 2025 by:

  • up to 10% for maintenance and
  • up to 25% for AirCare.

Maintenance & Care

The active moss filters can remove up to 82% of fine dust from the air and cool the air by up to 4 Kelvin (°C) through evaporation. These environmental benefits can be measured, analyzed, and controlled through the use of sensors.

Regular inspections of the moss modules and electronics ensure their functionality, optimal operating levels, and longevity.

AirCare

AirCare makes air quality visible: It provides real-time analysis of the performance of our fresh air zones using environmental sensors.

The biofilter contains a unique IoT technology with a multitude of measurement points. In addition to air purification and cooling, a key aspect of our work is to make air quality visible. For this purpose, we have developed our AirCare dashboard, where sensor data is analyzed and visualized. This allows us to analyze air quality and the impact of our products on the microclimate in real-time, and to present this information in an easily understandable way, both on the product itself and through the web interface, accessible from anywhere. Our AirCare software packages vary in the depth and breadth of available data. Depending on the version, you will receive data on plant sensorics, filtered air volume, system status, meteorological environmental factors, and local air quality. Additionally, enhanced air quality sensors provide the ability to demonstrate the positive effects of the moss on its surroundings.
