We have exciting news: We are delighted to announce that Green City Solutions was selected to join the Google “Startups for Sustainable Development” program as we developed the first bio-active air refresher based on an intelligent connection of nature and IoT-technology.
As part of the program, we’ve been and are working one-on-one with Google mentors and product experts to scale our business.

According to Google, “Startups are key in the world’s transition toward sustainable development”. Thus, they “empower startups to make measurable impact at scale”.
Google’s Startups for Sustainable Development program “supports a global ecosystem of impact-focused startups. The program builds community and supports startups with advisors, funding, and platform technology. The UN’s 17 SDGs are used as the framework for measuring impact. The program is not time-bound, so as to support startups in their mission for long-term impact at scale.”

What is Startups for Sustainable Development?
A mentoring program designed to engage and empower impact startups at scale. A remote program involving 300+ startups located all around the world. Cross-sector collaboration between Google, startups and partners focused on achieving the SDGs.
Who is it for?
Promising (for-profit) startups focusing on one or more SDGs. Social entrepreneurs leveraging technology to achieve those goals. Startups needing the support from Google experts to solve bespoke technical or business challenges in order to achieve their goals faster.
