A strong signal for impact, innovation and sustainability
The EXPO REAL Impact Awards – presented by EXPO REAL, the European PropTech Association, and the European Institute of Construction and Real Estate Innovation and Technology – serve as a „showcase“ for forward-looking solutions. As Chairman Dirk Paelinck writes: The final „of the Expo Real Impact Awards brought together the most visionary minds in PropTech & ConTech“ – and recognized solutions that „shape the future of sustainable, digital and impact-driven real estate“.

Overall victory for Green City Solutions
„We have our winners!“, wrote Dirk Paelinck the morning after the event: Green City Solutions was named „Overall Winner 2025“ – and category winner at the same time. The ideas of the category winners, as well as ours „redefine how we design, build, operate, and manage the built environment – and prove that technology and sustainability can go hand in hand“, added the Chairman of PropTech Association.
