“A strong signal of […] innovative strength and competitiveness”
According to the SZ Institute, Green City Solutions is among the „Most Innovative Companies 2025“. In the notification email from Süddeutsche Zeitung GmbH, this recognition is described as “a strong signal of your innovative strength and competitiveness”.
For us, this award is a special confirmation of our mission: making cities more livable with nature-based, data-driven solutions that measurably improve urban air quality. Innovation does not thrive on big announcements, but on the willingness to challenge the status quo. Moreover, international analyses (including the OECD) show a clear link between innovation-intensive activities, productivity gains, and long-term growth.
Innovations ranking
“The engine of the future”: The SZ Institute’s ranking assesses the innovation capability of companies in German-speaking countries. The SZ Institute describes itself as the “Think Tank of Süddeutsche Zeitung”, shaping the future of communication with partners from business, academia, and society. As reported by Süddeutsche Zeitung, Creditreform conducted the analysis on behalf of the SZ Institute for the fourth time to determine the “Most Innovative Companies 2025”. After applying the selection criteria, the initial dataset comprised 2,786 companies — more than in the previous year.
